As a clinician with a passion for working with youth and families at-risk and at-promise from diverse backgrounds, Dr. Lopez has gained expertise on anxiety/depression, youth development issues, parenting issues and helping her clients heal and build resilience when facing stressors and trauma such as abuse, neglect, medical conditions, military lifestyle, and community violence and poverty. Dr. Lopez looks forward to use her cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, and strength -based systems theory in a professional and kind setting in order to meet the unique needs of each of her clients and their families. As a bicultural and bilingual clinician, she also looks forward to the opportunity to further utilize her cultural competency through interactions with diverse populations.
