About
Dr. Trang Hoang is a licensed clinical social worker with a doctorate from the UCLA School of Public Policy and Planning. She has 30 years of experience working in the mental health system in Los Angeles and with the AAPI communities, most recently with the SSG Alliance programs (ERS, FSP, OCS, PEI). She has several years of teaching social work in Southern California. She has worked overseas in refugee camps in the Philippines and conducted social work training in Viet Nam and the Asia Pacific region. She is an adjunct faculty at the USC Dworak-Peck School of Social Work, teaching foundation practice courses.
