Megan Bartlett is the founder of the Center for Healing and Justice through Sport (CHJS), where she works to transform youth sport into a powerful driver of mental health, healing, and positive youth development. Her work translates developmental neuroscience and trauma research into practical coaching strategies used by youth organizations, professional sports teams, and national sport initiatives. Megan collaborates with partners including Nike, the Los Angeles Dodgers, and global youth sport organizations to advance brain-based and healing-centered coaching practices. She is the author of A Kids Book About Trauma and co-author of Re-Designing Youth Sports: Change the Game. Megan’s work is grounded in the Neurosequential Model, and focuses on equipping coaches with the knowledge and tools to create safe, inclusive, and developmentally supportive sport environments.
