Overview


This training covers the basics of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for anxiety disorders which includes behavioral activation, as well as cognitive strategies for controlling anxiety. Finally, we will consider exposure for anxiety disorders. In addition, we will consider the impact of CBT on suicidality. Recorded on May 17, 2019.
