Overview


This training discusses the practice of radical acceptance, which is a distress tolerance and emotional regulation skill, as well as a component of reality acceptance from dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). The discussion will include the application of radical acceptance in coping with uncertainty. The overall aim of the training is to provide an approach that supports provider wellbeing, and a skill that can be used and taught to clients. Anytime session recorded on September 21, 2021.
