This training entails a discussion of key concepts involved in emotional and physical wellbeing, including emotional self-regulation, behavioral regulation, and mindfulness skills. The present training provides instruction in mindfulness training, an experiential mindfulness exercise, and a discussion about the application of mindfulness training to stress reduction. The training also explores behavioral self-regulation methods to promote self-care, including methods for developing a self-care action plan. Anytime session recorded on February 18, 2025.
