Overview


Many people have difficulty slowing down when feeling stressed or overwhelmed. If we as adults have difficulty with this, imagine how difficult this task is for our children. We want them to manage their emotions, and regulate and follow instructions when we sometimes struggle with these skills ourselves. This video allows for an opportunity to build these skills. It invites caregivers and their children to sit with one another and tune in to their own feelings, thoughts, sensations, and environments. It's a grounding tool for both caregivers and children that also allows for a bonding opportunity while they practice these skills together.
