Overview

A 4-part virtual training series consisting of weekly 45-minute gatherings to connect, reflect, and explore self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and sustainable compassion for ourselves and others. Participants will learn practical tools for wellbeing and resilience during these unprecedented times and strategies for remaining connected in community with others.
