Overview


In this training, attendees will learn about the ways in which they strengthen and ways in which they hinder productive communication as well as how their feelings and their identity influence how they communicate. Lastly, communication strategies that will help attendees communicate clearly and effectively while also learning how to be a good listener will be reviewed. Recorded on August 30, 2022.
