Overview


In this Stress, Trauma, and Resilience (STAR) Seminar, participants will explore restorative and wellbeing practices from a trauma and racially informed perspective, focusing on creating healing-centered spaces for educators. Participants will also engage in concrete skills for emotional self-regulation, relational wellbeing, and resilience-building for both teachers and students.
