Overview


This experiential workshop will provide an overview of accessible body based and mindfulness techniques to support providers. Participants will learn somatic strategies to implement in their own lives to support stress management and wellness. The workshop will include both discussion and practice.

It is requested that all participants are in space they can extend their arms out wide and have space to stand if they are able to. Participants should have a ball or something easy to throw and catch, a journal or paper to write on, and a pen/pencil.
