Overview


This training will explore the use of case conferencing to facilitate collaborative consultation in the mental health care setting. Participants will learn best practices for preparing and delivering case presentations, establishing and maintaining collaborative problem-solving, and conferencing in ways that support clinician professional development and client progress. This training will review tips for all parties involved in the conferencing process (i.e., presenters, participants, and facilitators). This training will also discuss important defining features of case presentations, case consultation, and case conferencing and how these practices can complement one another. The target audience for this training is staff of all roles on mental health or outreach teams that engage in any case management or therapeutic activities with clients. Anytime session recorded on February 23, 2023.

Please note that CEs are only available by attending the live virtual training, not the anytime session.
