Recess Wednesday: Self-Care Break (2024)

Overview
Join us for a biweekly drop-in thirty minutes of relaxation for Full Service Partnership (FSP) and Homeless Outreach and Mobile Engagement (HOME) providers. We aim to cultivate a space of relaxation and mindfulness to further promote self-care practices into your work week, while connecting with others in your field. This self-care break will take place every other Wednesday from 12:00 pm to 12:30 pm. Led by the UCLA + DMH Public Mental Health Partnership (PMHP) staff, the focus will be on engaging in various activities, from meditation to guided drawing, with an emphasis on enhancing your own sense of wellness.
