Overview
People with co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders (COD) often present with complex issues that require an integrated and individualized approach. This is part two of our two-workshop series that continues the discussion of recovery-oriented care, and highlights recommended evidence-based therapies and other considerations for people with COD. Participants will learn about the importance of recovery capital in addition to relapse prevention strategies and wellness planning to support their clients’ ongoing recovery.
