The General Neglect Decision Tree is a tool that can help Los Angeles County Mandated Reporters make more consistent and accurate reporting decisions that comply with AB 2085. This tool should be utilized after completing the Recommended Decision-Support Steps summarized in the corresponding tipsheet (Implementing Assembly Bill (AB) 2085: Strategies to Enhance Los Angeles County Mandated Reporters' Decision-Making).
