Overview


This interactive course provides a framework you can begin using right away to enhance the therapeutic alliance with your clients. The framework includes: 1) stage-matched care to identify a person’s stage of recovery and stage of change to respond accordingly; 2) cultural humility to ground your relationship in diversity and recognize power differences; and 3) specific skills to build a sense of presence and nurture client motivation.
