Overview


Join us for our first Learning Community Gathering of the year, focused on recovering from and preventing burnout. Through creative practices and guided discussions led by facilitators from Upward Together and the Fostering Dreams Project, participants will engage in activities designed to spark inspiration, release stress, and cultivate practical tools for sustaining balance. 

The Creative Wellbeing learning community is a collaborative space for Los Angeles County practitioners who support youth and families to connect, nurture community care, and share collective wisdom while exploring healing-centered arts and mental health strategies.
