The State of Youth Sports: Managing Load, Recovery, Specialization, and Burnout

This training provides research-based guidelines for school personnel, coaches, and caregivers who work with student-athletes. Participants will learn best practices for student-athlete recovery, preventing burnout, sustaining wellbeing, and staying motivated and in love with their sport. Dr. Goldman also reviews the best practical ways to communicate with parents about how to support the health and wellbeing of their student-athlete.
