Frequently asked questions
- How do I register?
Click the blue "Register" (or "Register with access code") button, located above and on the right. You will be registered after you click the button and it turns green, with a check mark.
- How do I change times or un-register?
Click on the green 'Registered' button, and then confirm that you wish to un-register. If other times are available, you may re-register by selecting the new times on the overview page.
- What is the meeting ID and/or password?
Once you are registered, you will receive a confirmation email that will contain information on both meeting password and ID, if either are available. Subsequent reminders will also include this information. You may not need to use either, depending on how you connect to the online session.
- Can AI programs be used during the session?
Due to the proprietary nature of our sessions, we are unable to accommodate AI programs (such as ReadAI, OtterBot, etc) without prior approval and will remove any automated attendees. An accessible learning environment is important to us. If you wish to utilize an AI program to support your learning, please e-mail us at support@wellbeing4la.org
- I have joined, but I seem to be in a waiting room. They have not let me in yet, even though it's after the start time. Help!
Thank you for being on time, and we're sorry for the delay. If you have successfully made it to the meeting and you just see the title or it seems like you are in a waiting room, please hang on - the event administrators may be working through attendance or a technical issue.
