This four-part video series brings together athletes, youth sports leaders, coaches, and medical professionals to explore the deep connections between athletic identity, mental health, and performance. Panels candidly share personal experiences of overcoming burnout, navigating severe injuries, and managing high-pressure environments in youth and collegiate sports. Together, they outline actionable strategies for trauma-informed coaching, parent education, and building supportive communities that foster resilience and trust both on and off the field.
