Overview


Many of us experience isolation and loneliness on a deep level. This feeling can impact so much of our lives. This online workshop invites us to uncover some of the roots of these feelings and explore how we might address healing. Join us on a creative journey using mindfulness, movement, and self-compassion to cultivate a sense of belonging and greater connection to community. This gentle, supportive, and trauma informed workshop is open to all.
