Color and Conflict: A Creative Exploration for Divided Times
Overview
Conflicting opinions, beliefs, and feelings are ubiquitous in today’s rapidly changing and turbulent social and political landscape. How do we process this division internally, with our loved ones, and in our community? In this hands-on, exploratory online session, we’ll be guided through a series of creative arts activities centered on the use of color as a vehicle to explore these contrasts.
Based on the Open Studio Process (OSP), a practice using art, writing, and somatic awareness to explore the prevalent issues in our lives, this creative, trauma informed session is open to all.
