About
Rafi is a Faculty Advisor for the Elementary Cohort in the UCLA Teacher Education Program. She is currently supporting first year teachers, as well as instructing graduatestudents in the program. A triple Bruin, she has worked in Los Angeles education since 2005. She is most interested in developing systems, tools, and pedagogy around recruiting, funding, supporting and sustaining Teacher Candidates of color. She is also interestedin developing a curriculum that addresses the disability spectrum and the ways our Teacher Candidates are prepared to teach ALL of their students.
