Dr. Kathryn Page has been working on Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders (FASD) for 30 years. She founded and directed the diagnostic clinic in Santa Clara County, CA, and is the co-chair of that county’s 5-year plan. She is provides the training for Los Angeles County’s mental health providers, and advocates for legislation at the state and federal levels. Kathryn consults, writes, teaches, and lives with this condition in her son as well as herself.
