While there is an increased awareness about racial microaggressions and their impact on Black, Brown, Indigenous, and Asian communities, there are still questions about how we address them. In this article, you will learn the RAVEN approach, created by Dr. Luke Wood and Frank Harris III, to respond to microaggressions in public spaces.
