This training discusses programming history and requirements for both the Office of Public Guardianship, which oversees conservatorship, and Assisted Outpatient Treatment (AOT), that works within court ordered mental health treatment. Understanding the legal framework behind each of these programs helps to better navigate when clients are involved with multiple systems of care. September 17, 2020.
