This training presents how to dynamically communicate and advocate for clients with providers that are part of the 5150 process (law enforcement, emergency medical personnel, and hospital staff) to ensure that transitions within levels of care are supported. There is an emphasis on language within the 5150 documentation to be considered for hospitalization and next steps to ensure that your team is prepared for client discharge.
