Overview
This training provides background about and motivation for performing continuous quality improvement. A brief introduction about the Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) approach will be given, along with case examples. An opportunity to design a PDSA cycle for use in Full Service Partnership (FSP) settings will be given. Anytime session recorded on April 23, 2020.
