Overview

Behavioral activation is one of the most important and effective cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) skills used for treating depression. Despite its tremendous efficacy, it is very underutilized in practice. In this workshop, we will cover the rationale and elements of behavioral activation, and then practice using this highly useful strategy during real client scenarios. If you are working alongside individuals who struggle with symptoms associated with depression, this is a great addition to your practice. Anytime session recorded on March 26, 2026.
