Overview


This training is designed to teach working educators how to improve their sense of wellbeing by defining strategies for emotion regulation, establishing and maintaining professional and personal boundaries, and exploring effective approaches to building personal resilience. Participants will be asked to consider their emotions during stressful times, as well as how their emotions impact their thoughts and behaviors.
