The Enhancing Professional Wellbeing course is designed to explore ways to maintain personal wellbeing, support a positive working environment, and reduce feelings of burnout. Listen in on conversations that shine light on the importance of caring for ourselves and others in order to maintain and return to wellbeing. This podcast focuses on highlighting key concepts (such as self-care, community care, burnout, compassion fatigue, moral distress) in the context of current events and climate. Guests share both personal and professional stories that highlight and reinforce caring in community.
