In this presentation, Dr. Rena Sarhangian, a board-certified pediatric hospitalist and an eating disorder specialist at the UCLA Nourish for Life program, will highlight common eating disorders and provide tools on how to effectively work with patients who have these diagnoses. This includes when to refer to higher level of care, evidenced-based treatment approaches, and valuable communication strategies.
