Lessons Learned: Sustaining Continuous Quality Improvement in FSP
Overview
During this final session of the Full Service Partnership (FSP) learning collaborative training series, we will revisit an overview of best FSP practices as operationalized by an FSP fidelity scale (Gilmer et al., 2013). Intensive mental health interventions implemented with high fidelity are more likely to achieve the intended client outcomes originally targeted by the program (Herinckx, 2021). Therefore, the fidelity scale will be used to help training participants identify goals for ongoing quality improvement related to alignment with core FSP model components. Those who have attended previous learning collaborative sessions will also have an opportunity to identify the progress made in understanding and implementing best practices in FSP throughout the series. Participants will be encouraged to develop relevant FSP-related quality improvement goals to carry forward at their sites after the completion of the learning collaborative. Anytime session recorded on March 20, 2024.
Learning objectives
- Review FSP fidelity scale components
- Discuss self-assessment methods for participants to evaluate the degree to which they are currently implementing FSP best practices
- Review the use of self-assessment results for goal setting related to quality improvement and methods, such as Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) cycles
