Overview


This training defines the role of a manager, discusses multiple challenges managers encounter, and invites participants to address real-world managerial examples. It includes a self-assessment of manager skills and describes how managers develop accountability in their staff by increasing their own accountability. This training is intended for managers or aspiring managers working in field-based intensive mental health or homeless outreach services in Los Angeles County.
