Overview

In this Stress, Trauma, and Resilience (STAR) Seminar, Dr. Niles will showcase how Prospera leverages a unique model of mental health coaches to deliver scalable, evidence-based interventions specifically for perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. Dr. Niles will detail the protocols Prospera uses for hiring, training, and supervising coaches, ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary skills to address the unique mental health challenges faced by women during pregnancy and postpartum. Additionally, Dr. Niles will present data on the acceptability and feasibility of Prospera’s program, highlighting how their model has been received by patients. This includes insights from over 1,600 mothers who have engaged with Prospera’s services. Finally, Dr. Niles will share outcome data on symptom reduction, demonstrating the potential impact of Prospera's program for maternal mental health on a large scale.
