This Stress, Trauma, and Resilience (STAR) Seminar will introduce leading through empowering listening strategies. Empowering listening is a framework for effectively hearing and responding to identity-related narratives/challenges. Dr. Wadsworth will provide context of when to use these skills, how to use them, and encourage group practice. The training will also offer suggestions on how to respond to identity-related ruptures.
