Dr. Kurup will provide a brief overview of basic ACT principles and connect these to the needs of LGBTQ+ young people, especially in the current sociopolitical climate. Participants will explore gender- and sexuality-affirming applications of ACT principles and strategies. Participants will then engage in a brief experiential exercise to practice these strategies.
