Overview


This collection of brief presentations is focused on providing mental health providers with a better understanding of their own responses to uncertain times. In addition to gaining insight, participants will develop strategies and learn strategies to combat stress, anxiety, and worry. With a focus on mindfulness, each presentation views self-care from a different perspective to provide multiple options for tending to ones' own self-care needs.

Drawing from the latest research and intervention, this video addresses compassion fatigue and vicarious trauma in the COVID-19 era by introducing elements of positive psychology to help “rewire” the brain for happiness.
